Installation
The Baby Bath GateTM is simple to use, installs quickly, requires no assembly and fits standard tub widths of 19-26 inches.
To Install: Wet rubber ends of rods. Place The Baby Bath Gate at least 12 inches from the faucet and as close to the tub bottom as possible but above the bottom curve of the tub. Secure the top rod first by holding onto the rod with one hand while twisting the twist grip with the other hand. Twist until snug. Do not over tighten. Repeat this step with the lower rod. Center the mesh. All four rubber ends must be flush against the sides of the tub. Test your installation by gently tugging on the bath gate. Install as low on the tub sides as possible but above the bottom curve of the tub to reduce the gap between the tub floor and the bath gate. Do not allow baby to slide under the bath gate. Do not leave your baby alone in the bathtub with the bath gate. You should be able to touch your baby at all times.
To Remove: Untwist each twist grip. Remove after each use to extend the life of the grip pads.
To Clean: Untwist rods to completely separate. Hand wash with warm soapy water and rinse as needed. Allow to air dry.
